Drawing from the kitchens of Moorish Spain, The Gathering Table brings together saffron, almonds, slow-braised lamb and warm spice — dishes shaped by centuries of shared history, meant to be enjoyed the same way. Inspired by the kitchens of Moorish Andalusia, The Gathering Table is a journey through the flavours that shaped a civilisation — from the warmth of our Al-Andalus Harira, fragrant with pulled lamb, lentils and spice, to the elegance of Chermoula Salmon and slow-braised lamb shoulder kissed with Ras el Hanout and honey. Finish the evening as it should always end — with our dessert trolley, where Cherry Pistachio Trifle and a delicate Basbousa await. Generous plates, long evenings, and good company. This is what the table was made for.
